To Our little Hideaway, Caerula Mar

In the late summer of 2017, Bryan and I were on a boating trip in the Caribbean when heavy winds and rainstorms interrupted our plans. Determined to make the most of our family vacation, we improvised and set our sights on the vast, relatively unknown island of South Andros.

Shortly after landing on the island, we found our serene haven quite by chance and instantly we fell in love. We knew that with a little vision and a lot of hard work, this small piece of paradise could be so much more. So as us Baeumler’s do, we got to work. Our journey to restore the resort began that day and became the central premise of our HGTV show, Island of Bryan/Renovation Island.
