Design engagements typically begin at $150,000.

How we work together

Five phases, one team. Here’s what you’ll have in hand at the end of each.

Discovery & Concept

We walk the site, learn how you live, and agree on priorities. You leave with a direction and a first material palette.

Schematics

Early plans and first finish selections, enough for your builder to start pricing and permitting.

Design Development

Proportions, materials and finishes refined room by room, so you can see the finished home before it’s built.

Construction Documents

Drawings and details your builder prices and builds from, with budget and schedule reviewed together along the way.

Build & Installation

Site visits, answers for your trades, installation, and a final walkthrough together.

Yes. Sarah and the Baeumler Design Group team work alongside your builder and trades, bringing the design together from the early plans through installation.

Design fees depend on the scope of your project and the services involved. Share the details of your home so we can discuss the scope and next steps with you.

How early should we get in touch?

Reach out while your plans are still taking shape, ideally before they’re finalized or construction begins. Early involvement gives us time to consider the layout, materials and details together.
