Who we’re looking for: 

Our Palm Beach studio is currently looking for a well-rounded and innovative Interior Designer with high end Residential and Hospitality design experience, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, a passion for design, willingness to wear multiple hats to help and manage a wide range of projects. As we are currently a very small team it is essential to be able to adapt and potentially help with tasks not spelled out below.  

Responsibilities:

  • The Intermediate Designer will demonstrate experience on a variety of projects, including hotels, restaurants, residential interiors, and commercial office interiors. 
  • Have an intermediate understanding of building materials, systems, specifications, codes, details, and construction techniques.
  • Work directly with Lead Designer to ensure seamless completion of projects and timely execution of designs Assist Lead Designer on all aspects of the project: develop concepts, schematics, and designs, research products, explore construction details, create preliminary CAD plans, RCPs, elevations and sections.
  • The Intermediate Designer will develop space planning concepts and mood boards.
  • Create presentation deliverables for each phase, attend and take detailed notes at meetings, source, price, order and track FF & E, coordinate installation, obtain samples, and manage vendor correspondence.
  • Must be able to collaborate on designs within a team environment
  • Assist with client communication when directed
  • Manage project documentation delivery and maintain project records.  Document product specifications in Programa and assist in budget development.

Requirements:

  • University Degree in Interior Design. NCIDQ Certification a Plus
  • 5+ years of experience in Interior Design
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp & Adobe Creative Suite
  • Ability to work well under pressure, juggle and prioritize multiple projects and adjust work accordingly, often against tight timelines
  • Possess strong verbal, written and visual communication skills with all levels of employees, management, and outside parties (written and verbal)
  • Demonstrate creative abilities and applied problem-solving skills
  • Strong abilities to work in a team setting and achieve results through collaboration and sharing
  • Proven ability to self-manage and demonstrate high level of professional maturity

Part-Time Junior Social Media Coordinator
Palm Beach, Florida - Hybrid

Who You Are: 

  • You’re based in Palm Beach and bring 2-4 years of experience as a Junior Social Media Coordinator.
  • You’re a go-getter, always seeking new and creative ways to elevate a brand's social presence.

  • You’re detail-oriented, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks, yet creative enough to craft captivating and on-brand content.
  • You have a strong understanding of both the creative and data-driven aspects of social media marketing. 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Instagram Management: Create, write, and schedule 7 Instagram/Facebook posts per week across 2 separate brand accounts that resonate with our audience and align with each brands’ aesthetic.
  • Instagram Stories: Develop, write, and schedule daily Instagram stories to engage and inspire our followers.
  • Community Engagement: Spend 30 minutes daily, Monday through Friday, managing our Instagram and Facebook community by responding to comments, replying to stories, and engaging with followers. 
  • Content Ideation: Work with our marketing team to brainstorm, conceptualize, and develop fresh, innovative content that tells our brand’s story across all social media platforms.
  • Social Media Strategy Execution: Assist in implementing and executing the social media strategy, ensuring all campaigns and posts are aligned with our overall marketing goals. 
  • Media Tracking and Analytics: Conduct monthly tracking and analysis of social media performance, using insights to refine and optimize future content and strategies.

This is a part-time contractor/freelance position with the potential to grow into an employee position, requiring 15-20 hours per week, where you'll have the opportunity to make a direct impact on our growing brand. We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, resourceful, and ready to be an integral part of our creative journey.
