Shipping Information


Lead Times

Accessories, apparel and bed & bath products are stocked in our warehouse and ship out within 2-3 business days, arrival time expected in approximately 7 business days. Please expect delays during sales or holidays.

Larger items such as lighting, furniture, and decor ship directly from the distribution center to you. You’ll be contacted within 48hrs of placing your order with an approximate timeframe. This is based on stock availability, distribution and shipping.

Once your item has shipped you'll receive a tracking number to follow the package. Orders with multiple items may have more than one tracking number with varying arrival dates.

Handling Fees

We do have limitations on returns for cost, space and sustainability reasons. We encourage you to read our product descriptions thoroughly, triple measure your space, and reach out to us with any questions to shop@sarahbaeumler.com prior to making your purchase.

All UPS orders are subject to an additional $5.00 handling fee.

Larger furniture items will be shipped via Freight. Freight charges may vary due to the size of the item and location in which the item is being shipped.

On certain furniture items, you will be contacted by our team after the order has been placed. At that time delivery will be confirmed along with a quote for associated shipping costs. Should you wish to confirm shipping costs in advance, please email shop@sarahbaeumler.com.

All shipments and deliveries are done via third party companies. We will not be held liable for any damages after the product has left our warehouse. Any transit damage discovered after the fact and not noted in writing on the bill of lading will preclude a damage claim with the appropriate company. It is the responsibility of the receiver to inspect all items before signing off on the BOL or allowing the driver to leave. If your order arrives in such a condition, please contact us immediately. The Sarah Baeumler Lifestyle Shop will accept responsibility for defective or damaged products if determined to be a manufacturing or quality issue.

Please note, due to the nature of our products, we are unable to ship to PO boxes.

Due to restrictions and global delays from COVID-19, please expect longer than normal delivery and processing times.
