RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Apparel & Jewelry 

The SB Shop accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged apparel and jewelry for a full refund within 15 days of delivery. 

Return conditions: 

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery. 

  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and unwashed. 

  • All original tags must be attached. 

  • Personalized and final sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. 

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. 

Jewelry Warranty: 

  • Gold and White Gold Jewelry: We offer a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase for any defects in materials or workmanship. 

  • Gold Vermeil and Silver Jewelry: We offer a 3-month warranty from the date of purchase for any defects in materials or workmanship. 

If an issue arises, please contact us to find a resolution. This warranty does not cover: 

  • Lost items 

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, broken chains) 

  • Improper use or storage 

 

Towels, Pillows & Throws 

Due to the nature of these products, used towels, pillows, and throws cannot be returned unless defective. 

If you receive damaged, defective, or missing merchandise: 

  • Report the issue within 5 business days of delivery of the product. 

  • Our team will assist you with a timely return and replacement. 

  • Please allow two business days for a response. 

 

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment once all items have been received and inspected. Refunds typically appear on your original form of payment within 5–7 business days.
