Apparel & Jewelry

The SB Shop accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged apparel and jewelry for a full refund within 15 days from the time of delivery.

  • - Merchandise must be returned within 15 days.
  • - Merchandise must not be worn, damaged, or washed.
  • - Merchandise must have all original tags attached.
  • - Monogrammed, personalized, and final sale merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • - Original shipping charges are non-refundable and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Warranty for Andros Necklace: For 1 year from the date of purchase, we’ll take care of your product if any damage to the material or the workmanship of the jewelry occurs. Just contact us and we'll work together to find a resolution. Please note our warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear (like a bent ring or broken chain), or improper use or storage of your product.

Towels, Pillows & Throws

Due to the nature of these products, used towels, pillows and throws cannot be returned unless defective. Please report damaged, defective, or missing merchandise within 15 business days. Our team will work with you on a timely return and subsequent replacement. Please allow two business days for response.

Furniture & Decor

Items that are damaged in transit or defective are eligible for a return. These items must be returned within 15 days of the date you received it. Please contact us within 24hrs of placing your order to request a cancellation. If your order has shipped out already, shipping is non-refundable. You may also be required to incur the inconvenience and cost of having to receive the item and ship it back, if we are unable to reroute the item during transit.

All shipping charges are non-refundable and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Return shipping labels are not included in purchase. We recommend all returns be sent insured and with tracking as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged products.

  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of tender once all items have been received and inspected and will show on your account within 5-7 business days.
