The SB Shop accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged apparel and jewelry for a full refund within 15 days from the time of delivery.
- - Merchandise must be returned within 15 days.
- - Merchandise must not be worn, damaged, or washed.
- - Merchandise must have all original tags attached.
- - Monogrammed, personalized, and final sale merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged.
- - Original shipping charges are non-refundable and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Towels, Pillows & Throws
Due to the nature of these products, used towels, pillows and throws cannot be returned unless defective. Please report damaged, defective, or missing merchandise within 15 business days of delivery by emailing us at shop@sarahbaeumler.com. Our team will work with you on a timely return and subsequent replacement. Please allow two business days for response.
